As an LMFT at Psych Blossom, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks aimed at promoting patient health and wellness. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining a trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose and devise individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions to help clients develop coping strategies and overcome obstacles.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as informed by ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and referring clients to specialists when necessary, ensuring integrated care pathways.

This position offers the chance to work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families facing common mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage diverse client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
