As an LCSW at Blossom Connections Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique psychological needs.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring approaches align with clients' preferences and treatment goals.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and high ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for every client.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to develop professionally and to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge on mental health topics and available community resources.
• Staying informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously improve your clinical practice and client outcomes.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, specializing in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
