Thrive & Bloom Counseling is in search of a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring that you can deliver impactful mental health counseling from the comfort of your own space. While most client interactions will occur during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate urgent client appointments. You will be working in an outpatient setting, where collaboration with other professionals is essential to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions during one-on-one sessions, couples counseling, or group therapy to enhance emotional well-being.
• Utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, depending on the individual's specific challenges.
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to ensure holistic care.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest ethical standards are met.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously refine your practice and expertise.

In this role, you will engage with clients of various age groups and demographics, encompassing both individual therapy and specialized programs for couples and groups.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions within mental health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions pertinent to mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse client population.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care and understanding the unique dynamics of addiction therapy.
• Proficiency in digital health platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate remote sessions effectively.
• A proven ability to develop creative therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Thrive & Bloom Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
