Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring that you can deliver impactful mental health counseling from the comfort of your own space. While most client interactions will occur during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate urgent client appointments. You will be working in an outpatient setting, where collaboration with other professionals is essential to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions during one-on-one sessions, couples counseling, or group therapy to enhance emotional well-being.
  • Utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, depending on the individual's specific challenges.
  • Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest ethical standards are met.
  • Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously refine your practice and expertise.

Qualifications
