Location : Franklin, VA 23851

Position Type : LOCUM

Speciality : Family Medicine

Start - End Date : July 2025 - January 2026

Shift Schedule Options : Mon-Thu: 7a-6p (1 hr lunch) - Mon-Fri: 8a-5p (1 hr lunch) - Mon-Thu: 7a-5:30p (30 min lunch)

Call Schedule : 1 week every 6 weeks (Mon-Mon) for Southampton Practices only

Weekend/On-Call : 1 mid-level provider (no physicians on-site)

EMR System : EPIC

Documentation Requirements : General Family Practice, Adult Outpatient Care (No ICU/CCU), Age 16+

Trauma Level : NA

On-Site Services : Blood draw

Emergency Supplies : AED

Licensing Requirements : Active Virginia License (or willing to obtain) - Required

Certifications Required : Board Certified in Family Medicine, BLS

Reimbursement : Only mileage reimbursed - provider must be local
