Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management Automation
Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms using Sprinklr
Develop automated workflows in Sprinklr for content publishing engagement and reporting
Collaborate with content and creative teams to schedule track and measure campaign effectiveness
Blogging Content Strategy
Work with content creators editors to publish and distribute blogs effectively across various channels
Ensure blogs and social content are SEOoptimized and aligned with digital marketing goals
Manage integrations between AEM or other CMS and Sprinklr to streamline content workflows
Analytics Performance Optimization
Track and analyze social media and blog performance metrics using Sprinklr Google Analytics and other tools
Generate insights and reports to improve engagement reach and conversions
Conduct AB testing on social posts and blog content to enhance effectiveness
Marketing Technology Integration
Integrate Sprinklr with CRM CMS and other marketing tools eg Salesforce HubSpot Google Ads
Support APIbased integrations and data flow automation between marketing platforms
Troubleshoot and optimize the Sprinklr platform for campaign efficiency
Community Engagement Brand Growth
Monitor brand mentions audience sentiment and engagement trends
Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to respond to customer inquiries on social media
Support influencer marketing initiatives and social listening strategies
Qualifications Skills
3 years of experience in digital marketing social media and blogging
Handson experience with Sprinklr campaign management automation analytics
Proficiency in social media platforms LinkedIn Twitter Instagram Facebook YouTube etc
Experience with SEO Google Analytics and CMS platforms WordPress preferred
Technical proficiency in API integrations marketing automation and data analytics
Knowledge of AB testing paid social campaigns and performance marketing
Strong analytical communication and project management skills
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing preferably in tech or SaaS industries
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with YouTube video readiness for publishing Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for minor website or email customizations
Familiarity with AIdriven marketing tools and chatbots for customer engagement
