  • Exceptional attention to detail.  This is your most important quality; you catch errors and discrepancies...better yet, you find them before they become mistakes!
  • High energy - like us, you're always on and working at a fast pace. This is a fast-moving industry, and our workplace is equally fast paced.  We are deadline driven since logistics is time sensitive.
  • Self-Starting - you don't need or want anyone watching over you and motivating you, as you're self-motivated, every day, to the best that you can be.
  • Highly collaborative - you're always looking for ways that you can help your teammates be successful and ensure success for our customers.
  • Relationship builders - you care about your customers, and that will come across in all your interactions. You'll foster strong and long-term relationships with them by treating their business like your own business.
Our pledge to you and what we offer:
  • This is a full-time permanent position working with our Dynamic 'Green Team' in our vibrant, and bright Burlington office. You'll work in our office full time collaborating with our team.
  • We offer a competitive benefits package; you will receive a company paid laptop computer and the latest iPhone along with a company paid phone plan.
  • We have a monthly bonus structure where you see the results of your efforts quickly. If you're a high performer, there is potential for promotion as early as 9-12 months on the job, with significant runway to grow within the organization.
  • We believe deeply in your success. We offer professional development courses and the opportunity to develop your career with Dynamic Connections. We are committed to your professional growth and strive to promote from within.
  • We are backed by a private equity firm, Shore Capital; this offers company growth and development.  We regularly access training, knowledge sharing and resources to ensure you are operating at the peak of your game. Shore provides training and development as well as regular events.
