Job description

We're a small personal injury law firm in West Las Vegas with a big presence in our community. We show up at local events, run outreach, and build real relationships across the valley. We need an organized, energetic person to help make it all happen. This is a hands-on entry-level role where you'll learn every part of marketing by doing it, and we care far more about your willingness to learn and grow than about a long resume.

Compensation:

$17.50 - $22.50 hourly


Responsibilities:

What you'll do

•    Help plan, set up, and staff community events, sponsorships, and outreach activities

•    Schedule, post, and monitor content across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

•    Draft and edit copy for social posts, emails, event promos, and blog articles

•    Shoot and edit photos, video, and audio at events and around the office

•    Create graphics, flyers, and short-form video in Canva (or similar)

•    Build and send email campaigns and newsletters

•    Request, collect, and respond to online reviews and client testimonials

•    Update website and landing page content via the CMS

•    Research local events, partners, sponsorships, and community groups

•    Pull basic performance reports across channels

•    Keep assets, files, and the marketing calendar organized

•    Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand
