Job Summary
The Vomela Companies is seeking a Marketing Events Manager to own our event program and turn those experiences and the content they generate into assets that drive pipeline, build brand, and enable our sales team.
The Marketing Events Manager owns the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of in-person events and webinars that build brand awareness, create qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. Partnering with Marketing and Sales, this role turns Vomela's story into high-impact experiences aligned with go-to-market priorities.

Activities
Event Management:
  • Strategy & Execution: Set the strategy, planning, and execution of in-person events; responsibilities include identifying target audiences, defining objectives, building detailed plans, and ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and business goals
  • Brand Experience & Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling experiences that tell Vomela's story, engage audiences, and drive activation
  • Logistics & Vendor Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, travel, registration, booth design, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
  • Presentation Creation and Coaching: Create visually engaging presentations and coach presenters to deliver compelling, audience-relevant stories
  • Content Repurposing: Partner with marketing managers to identify high-value moments from webinar recordings and transcripts, then help turn them into short-form videos, blog posts, social media posts, email content, and other marketing assets
  • Demand Generation: Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Operations to capture and hand off engaged leads, ensuring a seamless transition for follow-up and opportunity creation
  • Budget Management: Own the events budget with a strong focus on ROI, including planning, expense tracking, and optimization
  • Metrics & Reporting: Partner with Marketing Operations to build reports and dashboards that show performance and ROI

Webinar Management:
  • Strategy & Content: Develop and execute a webinar strategy aligned with marketing objectives; collaborate with subject-matter experts to create engaging content, and collaborate with the creative team to create visually engaging presentations
  • Production & Promotion: Manage speaker coordination, registration, technical setup, and promotion across email, social, and paid channels
  • Engagement & Follow-up: Track and analyze performance (registration, attendance, engagement, leads/pipeline) and manage post-webinar follow-up, nurturing, and content distribution
  • Post-Webinar Content Distribution: Collaborate with marketing managers and content partners to package webinar recordings, clips, transcripts, and key takeaways for use across demand generation, social, blog, and nurture programs
  • Presentation Coaching: Coach presenters to deliver clear, compelling presentations; conduct audio and technical checks; and ensure speaker setup, background, and overall presence reflect a polished, professional Vomela brand experience.
    General Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate across the marketing team on key initiatives and campaigns
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event and webinar marketing
    • Contribute to broader marketing strategy and planning

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and 3+ years' B2B marketing and events experience, with a track record of planning and executing high-impact in-person and virtual programs (webinars, trade shows, field events) that bring the brand story to life, generate leads, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Delivers high-impact quality in-person and virtual events and webinars with a consistent record of results
  • Brings experience with trade shows and other event formats, strong storytelling, presentation creation, and core marketing tactics
  • Understands B2B/B2C marketing principles and SaaS business dynamics, including the industry landscape and target audience
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, audience-relevant messaging.
  • Able to write compelling webinar descriptions, event promotions, speaker talking points, follow-up copy, and supporting campaign content.
  • Brings a strong eye for tone, clarity, and brand alignment across event and webinar communications.
  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills (written and presentation); connects customer needs to product value
