As an AI/Blockchain Architect Senior Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs within our Integration and Platform Architecture practice. You will focus on creating seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures that optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional network, and strategic vision to deliver impactful results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
