Engagement Manager – Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Rutherford, NJ (will move to Jersey City, NJ in future) Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Managerwith a strong background in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)to lead large-scale Data and/or Digital transformation projects. The role requires managing global delivery teams, owning customer relationships, and driving account growth through successful execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Data and/or Digital programswithin Banking and Enterprise Risk Managementdomains
  • Act as the primary client-facing engagement lead, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
  • Own account management responsibilities, including revenue growth, renewals, and identification of new opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate global, cross-functional teamsacross geographies
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders (CXO / EVP level) to align delivery outcomes with business objectives
  • Oversee project governance, financials, risk management, and compliance
  • Ensure delivery excellence, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, and client presentations
Requirements
  • Strong domain experience in Bankingand Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Proven experience leading Data and/or Digital transformation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex client engagements
  • Experience leading global delivery teams
  • Solid background in customer relationship management and account management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L for accounts
