Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a Revenue Analyst to accelerate commercialization outcomes across strategic product initiatives within the Digital Asset and Money Movement business line. This role will prioritize the highest-impact revenue opportunities, own revenue modelling for all future users cases, and partner closely with product teams to influence product roadmaps based on economic value, client demand signals, and delivery feasibility.

The Revenue Analyst will work cross-functionally with several major businesses lines, their Finance, Risk and Operations partners, to ensure commercialization plans are measurable, defensible, and aligned to enterprise priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, structured thinking, and the ability to distill complex topics into concise, substantive content for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Commercialization Prioritization & Value Sizing

  • Develop and maintain a commercialization prioritization framework to identify initiatives with the largest revenue impact, factoring in client value, time-to-market, dependencies, and risk.

  • Build business cases for target use cases and product investments, including revenue sizing, sensitivity analysis, and adoption/penetration assumptions.

  • Partner with go-to-market, sales, and relationship teams to translate pipeline signals into measurable opportunity sizing.

Revenue modelling, Tracking & Performance Management

  • Own revenue modelling for each uses case and monthly reporting to Head of Commercialization for priority initiatives; track forecast vs. actuals and identify drivers of variance.

  • Create performance dashboards and executive-ready reporting that clearly highlights:

    • commercialization milestones

    • leading indicators (pipeline, activations, usage)

    • revenue realization and attribution drivers

  • Improve forecasting discipline by establishing consistent definitions, assumptions, and repeatable operating rhythms with Finance.

Product Roadmap Partnership

  • Work directly with product teams to integrate revenue insights into product roadmaps, including sequencing decisions, feature prioritization, and release impact measurement.

  • Define and monitor KPIs that connect roadmap deliverables to commercial outcomes (e.g., activation rates, usage, revenue per client, retention).

  • Support product managers with analytical inputs for roadmap trade-offs and investment decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5-10 years of experience in revenue analytics, FP&A, strategy, product analytics, or commercialization roles within financial services, payments, fintech, or technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage revenue forecasts, pro forma models, and performance measurement routines.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tooling; ability to operationalize repeatable reporting and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with product and finance teams to influence decisions and outcomes.

  • Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex concepts into clear, concise, executive-ready insights.

  • Experience with Asset Management, liquidity lifecycle concepts, and/or treasury/ALM-adjacent business drivers.

  • Experience developing pro forma estimates and defensible assumptions in ambiguous, early-stage product environments.

  • Familiarity with payments technologies and money movement capabilities (e.g., ACH, wire, RTP, card rails, cross-border, APIs).

  • Exposure to blockchain and digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized assets, custody, or related ecosystems.

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations across multiple P&Ls and executive stakeholders.

  • Structured problem solving: can break down complex issues into clear hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.

  • Executive communication: distills complexity into concise, substantive narratives and decision points.

  • Outcome orientation: prioritizes work based on measurable commercial impact.

  • Collaboration & influence: builds alignment across product, finance, and treasury partners without direct authority.

  • Attention to detail: ensures assumptions, models, and metrics are consistent and auditable.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
