Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Market Enablement to drive full commercialization of emerging digital asset and money movement products, including blockchain-based payments, stablecoins, cross-border transfers, and real-world asset (RWA) movement. This role will be one of the earliest commercialization hires and will work directly with the business line leaders, product and clients to move offerings from MVP to launch and full scalable commercial adoption.
This individual will own the end-to-end commercialization lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on external customer engagement, onboarding, partnerships, and ecosystem activation. This role operates at the intersection of crypto-native innovation and real-world financial infrastructure, serving both digital-native users and traditional financial clients.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on Web3 or fintech Go-To-Market (GTM) experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and combines strategic GTM thinking with execution discipline. This is a high-ownership role with significant autonomy, visibility to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape how digital asset products reach market at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for digital asset and money movement products.
  • Lead launches from testnet to mainnet, including positioning, messaging, sequencing, and adoption plans.
  • Define and execute ICP segmentation, use-case prioritization, and value propositions across customer segments.

Customer Onboarding & External Engagement
  • Own customer onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing engagement to ensure frictionless adoption.
  • Build scalable customer education, support, and feedback loops that inform product and UX improvements.
  • Convert early users into long-term advocates and ecosystem participants.

Ecosystem, Partnerships & Growth
  • Develop partnerships with wallets, exchanges, on/off-ramps, payment providers, and infrastructure partners.
  • Support liquidity bootstrapping, ecosystem participation, and network-effect growth strategies.
  • Activate crypto-native growth motions including community building, KOL engagement, developer relations, and incentive programs.

Measurement, Iteration & Risk Awareness
  • Track and analyze performance using on-chain and off-chain metrics (e.g., TVL, DAU, transaction volume, retention).
  • Iterate GTM execution based on data, customer signals, and market feedback.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to support trust-building and regulatory alignment in a highly scrutinized space.

What You'll Own
  • Full commercialization lifecycle for priority digital asset and money movement products
  • GTM narrative, launch playbooks, and early-stage growth strategy
  • Customer experience across onboarding, education, support, and retention
  • External relationships with partners, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • GTM metrics, dashboards, and performance insights used by senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in GTM, growth, product marketing, or commercialization within Web3, crypto, fintech, payments, or financial technology.
  • Demonstrated experience launching and scaling digital products in fast-moving or early-stage environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of blockchain technology, stablecoins, payments, and money movement concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing initiatives and manage external partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and substantive messaging.
  • Experience with cross-border payments, remittances, on/off-ramps, or treasury solutions.
  • Exposure to tokenomics, incentive design, or protocol-level growth mechanics.
  • Prior work in regulated or compliance-sensitive financial environments.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on infrastructure-led or API-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools and Web3 growth measurement techniques.
  • End-to-end GTM execution in Web3 and fintech environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a founder-close role
  • Executive-ready communication and stakeholder management
  • Bias toward action, learning, and iteration in ambiguous environments
