Location: La Crosse, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Inpatient & Outpatient

Practice Highlights:
  • PM&R Department Includes: 4 Musculoskeletal PM&R Physicians, 3 Neurorehab PM&R Physicians, 1 Pediatric PM&R Physician, 7 Advanced Practice Clinicians (4 Inpatient, 3 Outpatient MSK), 5 Neuropsychologists, 3 Chiropractors
  • Patient census: 8-12 on avg
Inpatient Role:
  • Recently renovated 20-bed rehab unit
  • Managed by PM&R physicians and supported by APCs
  • Call covered by APCs (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Robust hospitalist support for medically complex patients
Outpatient Role:
  • Focus on neurological conditions: CVA, SCI, TBI, MS, concussion
  • Spasticity management: Botox and intrathecal baclofen pumps
  • Optional musculoskeletal practice and EMG procedures
Procedures Offered:
  • Electromyography (EMG)
  • Botox injections
  • Trigger point and nerve block injections
