About the Role:
MAS Concrete and Layout Inc is looking for a hardworking and dependable Concrete & Masonry Laborer to join our growing team in Winter Haven, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to build your career in the concrete and masonry trade alongside experienced professionals. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and curing on residential and commercial job sites
  • Support masonry work including block laying, brick work, and mortar mixing
  • Set up and break down forms, frames, and reinforcement materials such as rebar and wire mesh
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools related to concrete and masonry work
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment across job sites
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Assist crew leads and skilled tradesmen with layout and site preparation tasks
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in concrete, masonry, or general construction labor preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Winter Haven, FL area
