We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Blackjack, United States. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare food items, including making pizzas, as per company standards
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout all interactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
