  • A critical care hospital and ER with advanced specialty care services.
  • Level II Trauma Center, EDAP, Primary Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center.
  • 35-bed Emergency Department with an urban population mix.
  • Annual volume of 52,000 with an 18-20% admit rate.
  • Full roster of sub-specialty backup.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
