Core Responsibilities

Platform Management: Install, configure, and maintain multi-node clustered BizTalk Server (2016 / 2020) environments, host instances, adapters, receive locations, and send ports.
Performance Tuning: Optimize MessageBox, DTA, and BAM databases. Manage SQL cleanup jobs, host throttling, memory usage, and thread allocation.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Serve as L3/L4 escalation support. Troubleshoot suspended instances, routing failures, and network/IIS issues using BizTalk360, SCOM, or event logs.
Deployment & Security: Automate deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps / PowerShell / MSBuild). Manage SSO, SSL/TLS certificates, and AS2/EDI security settings.
Hybrid Operations: Support integrations connecting on-premise BizTalk to Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
Key Requirements

7+ years hands-on experience in BizTalk Server administration (2013 R2 to 2020).
Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, clustering, index tuning, maintenance jobs) and Windows Server/IIS.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for deployment and operational automation.
Deep understanding of enterprise protocols and formats (WCF, SFTP, REST/SOAP, XML, EDI).
Experience with monitoring tools (preferably BizTalk360).
Nice-to-Have

Exposure to Azure Cloud (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
Familiarity with C# .NET for root-cause debugging.
