Short Description:
Agency is seeking an expert Software Architect to continue work with several ongoing DMV Transformation initiatives to update current systems.
Responsibilities:
The consultant selected for this position will provide guidance for these project teams and collaborate with other consulting staff. The daily task of Software Architect and design of BizTalk applications for real time, near real time and batch processing. Creation of BizTalk schemas, BizTalk orchestrations, BizTalk pipeline components and .NET assemblies for real time, near real time and batch processing. Use of NUnit for unit testing, diagnosis and debugging. Administration of new and existing BizTalk applications. Requirements Gathering, Specifications Creation, Design Creation, Programming, Unit Testing, Preparation of System Documentation, Use of ALM tools, Collaboration with Database, Infrastructure and Operations units.
Required Skills:
  • 48 months BizTalk Configuration/Deployment experience (BizTalk 2013 or later) in a multi-server environment
  • 84 months .NET experience (2.0 framework or later)
  • 84 months BizTalk Orchestration Programming experience (BizTalk 2013 or later)
  • 12 months BizTalk Pipeline Programming experience (BizTalk 2013 or later)
  • 48 months development/configuration experience with Business Activity Monitoring
  • 48 months WCF experience
  • 12 months Unit Testing experience using NUnit
