Registered Nurse - Acute Care

About the Role
As an Acute Care RN, you'll provide high-quality nursing care to patients across all age groups and acuity levels. Medical Surgical Nurses care for orthopedic, urology, general surgical, neurosurgical, pediatric, postpartum, and general medical patients. You'll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, collaborating with providers and ancillary staff to ensure exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional nursing care and evaluate patient needs
  • Document findings in the EMR and coordinate care plans
  • Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and team members
  • Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

What You Bring
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
  • Licensure: Current Montana or compact RN license in good standing
  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS within one year of hire
  • Skills:
    • Strong clinical judgment and care coordination abilities
    • Effective communication and documentation skills
    • EMR experience preferred
