Job description

SUMMARY
Bites amp; Brews - located within 814 Lanes and Games is looking for a bartender that will provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our bartenders will be able to serve classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
  • Interact with the guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
  • Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
  • Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proven working experience as a server/bartender.
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
  • Relevant training certificate.
Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a bartender preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
