About the Opportunity
Best Bites Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving, community-centered practice in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-volume, well-established pediatric practice with more than 11,000 active patients, a loyal referral base, a four-day work week, and outstanding earning potential. For the right long-term candidate, this position offers a defined pathway toward future partnership and practice ownership, making it an ideal opportunity for a pediatric dentist looking to build a lasting career.
About the Practice
You'll work directly alongside an experienced owner-doctor who is committed to mentorship, clinical excellence, and supporting your long-term success-including the opportunity to transition to future practice ownership.
Our team is looking for a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist (3-5 years of experience preferred) who is passionate about providing exceptional care while building lasting relationships with patients and families.
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.
  • Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access as appropriate.
  • Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families.
  • Participate in community outreach and school-based programs.

Ideal Candidate
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency.
  • Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist preferred.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
  • Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
