Job description

Let’s keep this simple!

We are a small family (father and son) plumbing shop. Our purpose is to serve God and serve others. What does this mean? It means work hard, maintain true integrity, be kind and consider others more than ourselves.

We pay well. We have excellent benefits (option for 100% company paid medical for the employee) including medical, dental, chiro, vision, PERSONAL-USE ACCESS TO COMPANY MEMBERSHIP AT FREEDOM BOAT CLUB (deep-sea-fishing, wakeboard, pontoon, etc. at Mission Bay and San Diego Bay). We don’t require anyone to work nights or weekends. We don’t require anyone to be on-call. (The only exception is if something you did broke or leaks, and it can’t wait till morning, you go fix it).

This is a good position for anyone looking for long-term-employment opportunity, while maintaining a good work-life/personal-life balance.

To be clear, we work as a team. We work to support and encourage one another. This is not a competitive environment. Pride and ego are not welcome here!

We are an equal opportunity employer! There are no prerequisites other than COMPETENCY and the usual… background check, DMV check, work history, etc.

Most of what we do is residential service and repair. We do a little bit of remodel work and a little bit of commercial service and repair.

We are looking for a plumber who KNOWS THEIR CRAFT, is ready to work as a team, values and is willing to contribute to a positive work environment, and is an asset to those around them.

Wage level based upon experience, expertise, competency, qualifications, performance ability/history.

Check us out! Find out if this is where you're called to be!
