What does a sidekick do?

A typical day as a Sidekick involves assisting a lead professional or manager with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on outstanding projects. You'll likely need to juggle changing priorities, respond promptly to requests, and proactively identify ways to streamline processes or remove roadblocks for the person or team you support. The role often requires close communication with both internal team members and external contacts, offering plenty of opportunities to build relationships and demonstrate initiative. Because Sidekicks are valued for their flexibility and problem-solving skills, you can expect each day to be dynamic and full of opportunities to make a real impact.
