The role allows for a flexible work schedule, accommodating the work-life balance needs of our therapists. As a remote position, you will utilize our secure online platforms to conduct therapy sessions while having access to a robust support system from our team. • Establish and cultivate positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and therapeutic space.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions, exercises, and interventions that promote healing and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, referring clients to specialized services when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision within the clinic.

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals facing significant life transitions, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking support for their mental health. Our center serves a diverse demographic, which requires cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively address the needs of each client.

• A valid and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a prerequisite.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proficiency in providing therapy to individuals and groups, demonstrating excellence in therapeutic techniques and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage cases and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or similar health care environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of social determinants of health that affect mental wellness.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
