Registered Nurse Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Birthing Center team. In this vital role, you will provide expert, patient-centered care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact during one of life's most important moments, while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the birthing process.
  • Administer medications and assist with epidurals, inductions, and emergency procedures.
  • Provide care education, breastfeeding support, and discharge planning.
  • Assess and support physical and emotional recovery of new mothers.
