What will you be doing?

  • To provide in person and virtual supplemental disease state, device education, and engagement calls to patients enrolled in the program.
  • To present educational "Train The Trainer" programs, both live and virtual, to Healthcare Professionals in accordance with the needs of each office following client guidelines.
  • Travel to assist in areas of the highest demand for educating patients and Spanish speaking patients.
  • To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe.
  • Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to, daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
  • Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities, and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team.
  • Ability to effectively manage territory(s) as assigned and travel outside of territory to cover as needed.
  • To uncover referral pathways across multidisciplinary team
  • Responsible for documentation of all activity related to patients and offices timely and accurately.
  • Adheres to internal and external compliance and codes of conduct.

What do you need for this position?

  • Active Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist License Required
  • Associate's degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experience
  • Preferred minimum of 3+ years' experience working in a respiratory disease state or related Feld.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English Language required
  • Previous experience in Pharma biotech as clinical educator or in sales preferred
  • Ability to present to various groups of people including physicians and other members of the office staff
  • Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% via car/airplane with overnight stays

The base pay range for this position is $85K - $159K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
