What You'll Be Doing
  • Provides strategic input for the scientific and functional integrity of rater training and data surveillance services
  • Applies advanced clinical and trial methodology expertise to help ensure the quality of subject selection and reliability/validity of outcome data in assigned clinical trials, advancing evidence-based science with every touchpoint/service
  • Reviews and develops rater training plan and key risk indicators related to endpoint surveillance deliverables drafted by other team members
  • Supports all aspects of rater selection, rater certification/ qualification, rater training content, clinical scale advisement and acquisition, rater training and data surveillance methodology plans, data review/surveillance maintenance, source documents, final study data quality reports, conducting presentations as the therapeutic expert
  • Works with vendors and/or internal stakeholders involved in training regarding the use of clinical scales, diagnostic instruments, or provision of (eCOA) technology
  • Performs clinical and statistical analysis of rating scale, and/or endpoint data
  • Continuously improves clinical and scientific expertise through research and publication on behalf of Premier, as well as attending relevant conferences and speaking engagements
What We Are Searching For
  • PhD or PsyD degree or its international equivalent in a clinical field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years clinical research experience
  • Minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience
  • Experience in Neuroscience highly prioritized
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, respect, and teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to utilize technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and service

The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
