Location: Fort Worth, TX

General Summary: Oversees quality control of fermented pickles from time of receipt at tankard to packing in jar at the production facility. The job objective is to (1) ensure that the highest quality fermented pickles are made by following defined standard operating procedures; (2) Have an intimate knowledge of fermented pickle quality throughout the supply chain; (3) Utilize this knowledge to direct appropriate fermented stock into finished products at production, so that cost savings and efficiencies are maximized.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field plus 12 months experience in fermentation related processes.
