Regional Cardiovascular Lead Manager (Field-based; Western & Central U.S.)Primary ResponsibilitiesPeople Management
  • Lead and guide Regional Cardiovascular Leads (RCLs) to shape and execute customer engagement strategies.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, customer-centric team.
  • Evaluate impact, maximize performance, and achieve business outcomes.
  • Observe customer interactions; provide training, coaching, and counseling.
  • Promote inclusivity and foster psychological safety.
Customer Engagement
  • Build relationships with scientific and clinical leaders; drive presence among HCP leaders.
  • Lead approved, in-depth scientific discussions; gather actionable insights.
  • Attend key scientific conferences/society meetings.
  • Partner with marketing/training to design engagement content.
Business Operations
  • Manage/deploy resources (including budget) to meet objectives with appropriate ROI.
  • Identify/create opportunities to drive business results.
  • Partner with HQ brand teams and contribute to national strategies.
  • Develop, align, monitor, and adjust strategic plans; ensure compliance with applicable business practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree + 6โ€“8 years sales experience (including leading teams).
  • Equivalent healthcare/scientific leadership (pharma/biotech/medical devices) or professional marketing leadership.
  • Strong presentation/communication; ability to convey complex scientific/public health concepts.
  • Technologically proficient; valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Travel/overnight required.
Preferred
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA/PharmD); 5+ yrs cardiovascular/5+ yrs cardiovascular products; 3+ yrs scientific & clinical leader engagement.
