Job description

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales activities focused on service contracts: generating leads that convert to sales opportunities by identifying new suspects, nurturing prospects, and supporting service sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads by researching new contacts and service history based on specific targeted install base.
  • Execute Inside Sales campaigns and provide immediate visibility for all leads to the respective Account Managers. Support service Account Managers with various service campaign initiatives, including contact identification, campaign organization, and building quotation.
  • Track all activities in CRM.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign program, including: ensure the correct target lists, content marketing, and communication script/email are applied.
  • Execute, track results in CRM, and make recommendations for future programs.
  • Support, communicate, and build effective relationships with service sales.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and agree on the communication with suspects, prospects, and customers.
  • Build rapport with prospects on the phone, online meetings, and via email.
  • Process all leads on a timely basis.
  • Provide basic technical information and explanations for the complete AutoChem service product offerings.
  • Develop technical and application proficiency with all METTLER TOLEDO AutoChem products and service products.
  • Track and report progress or issues, on a weekly basis, using the CRM system.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences/Engineering/ Chemistry/Business field; OR equivalent combination of work experience and education similar field of study
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years industry experience in sales or marketing that involved direct verbal and written customer communication
  • Consultative selling knowledge and experience, a plus
  • Must possess excellent organization, time and multi-task management skills
  • Open and effective communication style, strong people skills and the ability to interact with individuals that work with high-value technology-based products and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a cooperative team environment and focus on objectives with minimal direct supervision Analytical, assertiveness, creativity and effective problem-solving skills
  • Solid database skills a priority, as well as proficiency with on-line tools
  • A working knowledge of CRM systems especially in B2B business
  • SAP knowledge a plus perform this job successfully
  • Individual should have knowledge of MS Word - Level 2 MS Excel - Level 2 MS PowerPoint - Level 2 CRM
