What will you be doing?

  • Provide education through in-services (account calls) to HCPs and HCP staff on Product specific information including but not limited to Product information, disease state information, dosing protocols and information, administration of product, and adverse events of Product.

  • To present educational programs to Healthcare Professionalsin accordance withthe needs of each office

  • Engage in Program related communications with client's field-based sales force (representatives and district managers).

  • Communicate to theManagerany concernsidentifiedduring the in-service education process. The Manager will serve as the single point of contact with Merck for all Program related communication.

  • Accurate andtimelyreporting of all visits, including but not limited to the type of education conducted, length of visit, and office that was visited. A visit is defined asa customerinteraction-in-services and scheduled or unscheduled customer engagements.

  • Report on interactions with HCPs and HCP staff

  • Complete all required administrative responsibilitiesin a timely manner. Some of these could include but are not limited to; daily computer updates, weekly summary of activity reports,emailsand monthly expense reports

  • Coordinate and schedule travel to oncology offices with client Sales Representatives

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers

  • To attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments thatInizioor the Clientrequires, toan appropriate standardand within a specifiedtimeframe

  • Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans,activitiesand developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the team

  • Maintain all company equipment and materialsin accordance withcompany instructions.

  • Comply withallInizioPolicies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures asrequired

  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by applicable state laws.

  • Topossessa full valid US driver's license at all times and to notify the companyimmediatelyof any offences or accumulation of penalty points

  • Perform other duties as requested

What do you need for this position?

  • Active nursing license to be in good standing in at least one state in which the in-services are being conducted.

  • Must have at least three (3) years of oncology nursing experience that includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, physical assessment, patient education,group inservicing, andproficiencyin peripheral IV access. Chemotherapy infusion experiencerequired.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrable organizational skills and/orpreviousterritory management is preferred

  • A self-starter with high personal motivation

  • Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.

  • Ability to travel, including overnight travel. The amount of travel varies by territory but may be up to 100%travel.

  • Musthavegood communication, speaking, and writing skills. Ability to conductone on oneand group presentations, manage administrative responsibilities consistent with a field-based territory management position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) preferred

  • Adult oncology experience

The base pay range for this position is $84K - $156K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
