These companies have expertise in the biotech industry, allowing them to identify and attract candidates with specific scientific, technical, and business skills. By partnering with a biotech recruiting company, employers can streamline the hiring process and access a broader pool of talent, while job seekers can gain access to exclusive opportunities within the biotech sector.

What are some common challenges faced by recruiters working at a biotech recruiting company?

Job description

We're hiring a Recruiting Specialist at Conveyance - A Talent Solutions Company.

If you're naturally curious about people, enjoy building relationships, and want to make a real impact on someone's career—this is the kind of role where that matters every day.

At Conveyance, recruiting is more than filling jobs—it's about connecting the right people to the right opportunities and helping both individuals and organizations grow.

This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role where you'll spend your day sourcing talent, having conversations, and guiding candidates through meaningful career moves.

What you'll do:
• Source and engage candidates through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
• Learn what drives people—their goals, motivations, and career direction
• Manage candidates through the full recruiting process
• Build long-term relationships and pipelines for future opportunities
• Create a strong, professional candidate experience from first call to offer

What success looks like:
• 30+ outbound calls per day
• 10+ candidate conversations daily
• 2–4 candidate intakes per day
• 1–2 candidate submissions per day
• 2–3 placements per month (after ramp-up)

We're looking for someone who is:
• Curious, people-focused, and a strong listener
• Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Coachable and motivated to grow

• In-office | Monday–Friday
• Base salary + bonus + incentives
• Ongoing training, career growth, full benefits

This is a role for someone who wants to build relationships, develop real skills, and see the direct impact of their work.

If that sounds like you (or someone you know), let's connect.
