Role Description This full-time remote Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing and helping optimize day-to-day business operations across the organization. The Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional workflows, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with teams such as customer support, marketing, and finance to align operations with strategic goals. Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, supporting budget and resource planning, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and contributing to operational documentation and standard operating procedures.


Qualifications

  • Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience with project management practices, tools, and methodologies to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting to track KPIs, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Proficiency with digital productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management platforms, communication software).
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • People management or team leadership experience, including coaching, feedback, and workload coordination, is highly beneficial.
  • Background in health, wellness, biotechnology, genomics, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Presence in Honolulu, HI strongly preferred but not required.
