Job description

Electrical Superintendent – Advanced Facilities

Location: Onsite
Contract Duration: 2–3 Months
Schedule: Approximately 50 Hours/Week
Travelers Welcome – $4,000/Month Per Diem


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a fast-paced advanced facilities construction project. This is a short-term, high-impact assignment requiring someone who can step onsite, take ownership of the electrical scope, and immediately drive field execution.

Candidates must have previous Electrical Superintendent experience on advanced facilities projects, such as semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical/biotech facilities, data centers, battery manufacturing, or similarly complex high-tech environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities and field execution.
  • Coordinate electrical subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing.
  • Oversee Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems.
  • Coordinate Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems (LSS) and Security systems.
  • Drive project tasks, milestones, and electrical installations to completion according to schedule.
  • Coordinate electrical scope with mechanical, controls, architectural, and other project disciplines.
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and field conditions.
  • Identify field conflicts and work with project teams to quickly develop solutions.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure work complies with project requirements.
  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and turnover.
  • Maintain strong communication with project management, contractors, trades, and client representatives.
  • Promote a strong safety culture throughout field execution.


Required Experience

  • Previous Electrical Superintendent experience is required.
  • Must have construction experience within advanced facilities, including semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, battery manufacturing, or similar complex facilities.
  • Strong experience with MV, LV, Fire Alarm/LSS, and Security systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead electrical trades and coordinate complex field installations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, construction sequencing, and field coordination.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive project tasks to completion in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite approximately 50 hours per week.


Assignment Details

This is an immediate 2–3 month contract opportunity. Local candidates are encouraged to apply, and qualified travelers are welcome.

Travelers may qualify for $4,000 per month in per diem.
