Location:The Senior Strategic Product Manager is an onsite position based in Bedford, MA with 20% travel required to meet business needs.

Your Role:

Responsible for the scientific, technical and regulatory positioning of the Integrated Platform Solutions' Autosampling product portfolio for the biopharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on strategy, innovation and market leadership:

  • Development and implementation of mid- to long-term strategies for the portfolio and modalities/applications in scope.
  • Active portfolio development deriving from strategy through innovations to build long-term growth, addressing customer pain points and increase competitiveness.
  • Define product/portfolio positioning based on application for new and existing products/portfolio and align with stakeholders on GTM approach.
  • Strategic business planning such as long-range planning and life cycle management.
  • Own pricing strategy for specific portfolio responsibility and demonstrate agility to evaluate and approve pricing strategies based on guidance and recommendations from the pricing strategy team.
  • Alignment and high degree of interaction with R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial and external partners.
  • Combine highly strategic thinking with strong operational execution skills.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in bioanalytics, biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy or a related natural science degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic product management with lab & process analytics product and/or service companies.
  • Masters, MBA, or PhD in bioanalytics, biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy or a related natural science degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic product management with lab & process analytics product and/or service companies.
  • Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of the process analytics product and service business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in business and computer science is a plus.
  • Communication and presentation skills and confidence to negotiate.
  • French and/or German language skills will be beneficial.
  • Ability to translate scientific knowledge into clear marketing messages.
  • Assertive and well organized with strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a complex international network of functions and stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Field Services, Quality, Operations)

Pay range for this position: $126,000 - $191,500

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
