Job Title: Production Operator – Medical Device / Diagnostics Manufacturing Location: Blauvelt, NY Contract Assignment – 6 months Pay rate: $21.00–$23.00/hour (depending upon experience) Work Model: Onsite Available Shifts (Monday–Friday) 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Paid Training Provided: Orientation Day: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Join a Global Healthcare Manufacturing Leader We are seeking skilled Production Operators / Manufacturing Associates to support the production of innovative medical device and diagnostic products in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in production, assembly, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, medical device, packaging, or cleanroom manufacturing. If you are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrive in a team-driven production setting, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment and manufacturing systems in a regulated environment.
  • Maintain production areas in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition following GMP, FDA, ISO, and SOP requirements.
  • Support manufacturing operations involving medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech products.
  • Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Complete production documentation including batch records, production logs, quality forms, and inventory records accurately.
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company operating procedures.
  • Assist with line clearances, material handling, packaging, labeling, and production setup activities.
  • Communicate effectively during shift handoffs regarding production status, equipment issues, and safety updates.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
  • Identify and report process deviations, equipment concerns, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required (must be on resume)
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience required.
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, food manufacturing, chemical processing, or cleanroom environments strongly preferred.

Familiarity with:

  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
