Position: Facilities / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: Morrisville, NC (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3–6 Months (Extension Possible)
Start Date: August 16, 2026
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation) – Day & Night Shifts Available

Job Overview
We are hiring multiple Facilities / Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians to support a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role focused on preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring continuous manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support continuous production operations.
• Complete equipment repairs, adjustments, installations, and component replacements.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and mechanical drawings.
• Create, update, and close work orders using a CMMS.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and external vendors.
• Follow all GMP, OSHA, and site safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Recent hands-on maintenance experience in a GMP Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience on manufacturing equipment.
• Experience maintaining production equipment, HVAC, utilities, or facility systems.
• Hands-on experience using CMMS for maintenance work orders and documentation.
• Ability to work onsite on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
