ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for TerraPower Isotopes (TPI), a high-growth radiopharmaceutical manufacturing business, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in executive support and event coordination looking to further their career in administrative operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for conference and event planning, including registration, hotel block booking, and group transportation logistics.
• Support executives under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant, including calendar management, conference room scheduling, and meeting agenda preparation.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare accurate expense reports.
• Provide onsite meeting and event support at Bellevue and Everett locations as needed.
• Assist with new hire onboarding by tracking action items, drafting announcement emails, and maintaining the team SharePoint site.
• Prepare, proofread, and edit a variety of documents including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio files.
• Copy, scan, file, and track documents; perform other administrative duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of administrative support experience at an equivalent level.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating domestic and international events and conferences, including pre- and post-event support.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong grammatical, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative with minimal supervision.
