Job description

The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive company growth, product commercialization, and brand positioning within the biotech/medical device marketplace. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs across product marketing, digital campaigns, and demand generation while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and leadership teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing Leadership 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives  

  • Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs  

  • Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies  

  • Drive brand awareness and corporate positioning  

Product & Commercial Marketing 

  • Lead go-to-market and commercialization strategies  

  • Develop product positioning and messaging  

  • Support product launches and lifecycle marketing  

  • Translate scientific and technical data into customer-facing value propositions  

Digital & Demand Generation 

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including:  

  • Website optimization  

  • SEO/SEM  

  • Email campaigns  

  • Social media  

  • Marketing automation  

  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth initiatives  

  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI  

Market Intelligence 

  • Conduct:

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required

Experience 

  • 4 – 7+ years of progressive marketing experience  

  • 3 – 5+ years in biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences preferred  

  • Experience with commercialization and product launches strongly preferred  

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
