We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team at Litchford Health & Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a LPN at our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.
About the Role:
As a LPN at Litchford Health & Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients and residents, including:
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and families

Responsibilities:
