They support senior analysts in evaluating clinical trial data, financial statements, and industry trends to assess the potential of biotech firms. Their work involves building financial models, preparing research reports, and sometimes interacting with company management. The goal is to help investors make informed decisions about buying, holding, or selling biotech stocks.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a biotech equity research associate?
