Job description

We’re seeking for Specialists Manufacturing (multiple positions) to work at a premier biotechnology manufacturing client in Juncos, PR.
Salary: $38.00 hr
Shift: Administrative shift (support a 24/7 manufacturing operations, some remote work is possible)
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:
  • Doctorate OR Master’s degree plus 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Manufacturing Operations experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, process development, or quality assurance within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Proficient in managing Change Controls and quality records (deviations, CAPAs, etc.) using systems like TrackWise, Vevaa, or similar
  • Possess project management and/or quality management skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results on schedule
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English, including technical writing and presentations
  • Adept at problem solving, critical thinking, and using Microsoft Office Tools and SAP (ERP) systems
  • Comfortable maintaining remote working relationships across a broad network
What’s a typical day as Specialist Manufacturing? You’ll be:
  • Supporting the execution of manufacturing and quality systems, including non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions
  • Applying process, operational, and scientific expertise along with compliance knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing operations
  • Serving as the primary owner for production process support systems and assisting with process ownership responsibilities for complex systems
