We have a strong pipeline of full‑time and part‑time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors. We are interested in Corporate Entity Attorneys who want to start their LOD journey.

Corporate Entity Attorney – Memphis, TN

To join us, you will:

  • Have at least 5 years of corporate entity management experience gained in an in‑house or law firm role.
  • Have deep experience in corporate entity management and/or corporate governance and compliance review.
  • Be able to provide a clear view of the corporate structure to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Possess experience with corporate entity platforms, corporate governance best practices, regulatory filings, and legal requirements for a range of jurisdictions.
  • Hold a license to practice law in Tennessee, active and in good standing.
  • Have strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Assignment Details

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) on‑site contract role in Memphis with a duration of 2–3 months.
