  • Use structured problem solving and storytelling to communicate insights clearly in client-ready materials

  • Build and apply strategy frameworks to break down ambiguous commercial questions and explore scenarios

  • Support development of value cases by sizing commercial opportunities, defining assumptions, analyzing value drivers, and translating evidence into clear implications for strategy decisions

  • Support AI/data-enabled strategy and reinvention work by defining use case objectives, workflow fit, required inputs, risks, and human-in-the-loop considerations

  • Support proactive commercial strategy / reinvention opportunities and proposals by shaping the client problem, strategic approach, workplan, and value story

  • Contribute to thought capital by developing reusable perspectives, frameworks, case examples, and market-facing points of view on priority commercial strategy topics

Growth Opportunities

You will continue to grow through:

  • Building broad commercial strategy experience across asset, function, and enterprise topics

  • Supporting high-priority work for senior life sciences commercial leaders

  • Developing expertise in commercial reinvention, AI/data-enabled strategy, and future ways of working

  • Partnering across Accenture teams to bring together strategy, technology, analytics, operations, and industry expertise

  • Growing into a workstream leader who can manage teams and advise clients across a range of commercial strategy questions

  • Minimum of 3 years of life sciences commercial experience across asset / brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, marketing, medical, market access, patient services, field, or commercial ops / transformation topics

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate-strategy role.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to flex across asset-level strategy and functional / enterprise-level reinvention questions

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to structure ambiguous questions, synthesize research, and translate findings into recommendations

  • Understanding of commercial strategy fundamentals such as market dynamics, customer behavior, access considerations, competitive positioning, value drivers, and launch / growth levers

  • Exposure to operating model, process redesign, governance, capability building, or transformation roadmap work

  • Working knowledge of AI/data concepts, including predictive analytics, GenAI, copilots, workflow automation, and agentic solutions

  • Comfort partnering with technology, analytics, AI, and platform teams while staying anchored in the business problem

  • Proactive mindset around innovative ways of working, including how AI, automation, copilots, and agentic workflows can improve productivity, quality, collaboration, and speed of execution for external project & internal Accenture work
