Job description

Responsibilities
  • Implement/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace
  • Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group
  • Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, develop and execute tactical sales plans
  • Coach and manage performance and competency development of Territory Managers and Clinical Account Specialists
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advance degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience required
  • Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry required or 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare industry required
  • Experience as a field trainer or project leadership required
  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
  • Capital selling experience preferred
