Job description

Description:

MMBR Systems, LLC, an Integrated Water Services (IWS) company, is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Manager, Technical Services, who will be responsible for various tasks related to the delivery and or support of membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment solutions. Activities may include equipment/system installation, delivery, commissioning, operator training, warranty commitments, and product development. The Manager will self-perform work as needed but will also supervise internal/external resources. You and your team will be focused on customer support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Work with contractors on delivering, installing, commissioning, and decommissioning wastewater (MBR) systems and equipment.
  • Manage the on-time delivery of modular wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Work with clients on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Document activities and services performed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirement: up to 50% travel to job sites as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 6 plus years of Technical Services experience, or 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years experience working with MBR technology.
  • Familiar with water and wastewater plant technology and controls
  • Familiar with civil and underground utility systems, including domestic water, fire water, storm drain, and sanitary sewer installations, along with grading and ADA-compliant sitework.

SKILLS

  • Able to troubleshoot water and wastewater plant issues including mechanical, biological, and electronic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, civil, and schematic drawings.
  • Experience with manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and field erection methods and practices.
  • Proficiency with electrical control systems, control panels, and PLC programming.
  • Strong customer service and issue resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Raken, and Microsoft Office, and bring extensive hands-on knowledge of equipment operation, layout verification, and inspection coordination.
  • Experience with project field supervision, crew leadership, site logistics and coordination, safety and compliance oversight, and utility installation.
