  • Execute Territory Business Plans: Develop, deploy, and continuously monitor dynamic district business plans to achieve assigned revenue and strategic objectives across the US and Canada.

  • Penetrate Emerging Markets: Guide the team in uncovering new market opportunities across the rapidly evolving Biotech, TechBio, and Small/Mid-Pharma landscapes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in the Life Sciences (Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field).

  • Life Sciences Experience: 5+ years of successful sales, marketing, or commercial experience within the Life Sciences industry, specifically selling products in Single Cell Transcriptomics, Spatial Transcriptomics, Genomics, and/or NGS.

  • Target Market Mastery: Proven track record of sales success and market penetration within the emerging Biotech, TechBio, and Small/Mid-Sized Pharma sectors, including a thorough understanding of emerging industry trends and ability to be agile and quickly adapt strategies.

  • Advanced Scientific Landscape: Strong working knowledge of AI/computational biology applications and how Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics serve as foundational data layers in modern drug discovery.

  • Coaching Track Record: Demonstrated skill in coaching and developing early-to-mid-career sales professionals, elevating raw drive and sales hunger into high technical and commercial performance.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • BioPharma Network: Established network and deep contact list of existing relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers in the BioPharma industry.

  • Sales Management Experience: 3+ years of direct sales management experience (or proven equivalent experience) hiring, building, and leading field-based sales teams.

  • Advanced Scientific Landscape: Strong working knowledge of AI/computational biology applications and how Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics serve as foundational data layers in modern drug discovery.
