Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, terminate, label, and test structured cabling systems (CAT6/CAT6A, fiber optic – SM/MM)
  • Support cabling for LAN, Wi‑Fi, voice, CCTV, access control, nurse call, and medical devices
  • Perform cable testing, certification, troubleshooting, and remediation
  • Maintain accurate as-built documentation, labeling, port mapping, and rack layouts
  • Coordinate with network, desktop, biomedical, and facilities teams during deployments and upgrades
  • Support hospital IT projects including wards, clinics, labs, OTs, data centers, and clinics
  • Ensure adherence to hospital safety, infection control, and change management standards
  • Work within defined SLA, incident, and service request processes
