Job description

For our Implementation team, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in implementing software within the healthcare IT domain. The position is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, and can require travelling to customers' sites up to 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from daytoday execution management to securing the necessary resources, ensuring effective team coordination so that the deployment is delivered according to contractual commitments and agreed deadlines.
  • Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle, following InterSystems' customer engagement methodology.
  • Monitor customer and thirdparty obligations, managing escalations related to any agreed project changes.
  • Be available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70-80% of the time).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customerfacing role, gained within public or private healthcare organizations.
  • Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle, from kickoff to execution, golive, and closure.
  • Direct knowledge of the healthcare sector and 4+ years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
  • Experience in resource management and in monitoring timelines and budgets.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience managing contracts, including those involving third parties.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering).

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to software development processes.
  • PMP certification.
