As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Leveraging data analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions to optimize performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Utilizing tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence, QlikView, and TIBCO Spotfire for data visualization and reporting
- Building and managing data pipelines to validate data quality and integrity
- Engaging in stakeholder collaboration to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions
- Conducting data analysis and interpretation to support business case development and strategic planning
- Applying macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis to inform market development strategies
- Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities
- Supporting the development of data architecture and database management systems to streamline operations
- Adapting to diverse client needs and contributing to team success in a fast-paced environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
