This role puts you at the center of operations, owning the design and development of packaging solutions that protect life-changing biomaterials from production floor to patient. What you'll be doing

  • Lead validation work (IQ, OQ, PQ) and conduct feasibility studies for new packaging solutions

  • Comfortable applying process validation methodology (IQ, OQ, PQ) and statistical tools (Gage R&R, process capability) in a manufacturing environment

  • Exposure to additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or packaging automation is a plus
